Shonai Ryokuchi Park dyed in botanical yellows and pinks

Shonai Ryokuchi Park has about 700 cherry trees and some 20,000 rapeseed plants which, come spring, all start to bloom in concert. The Spring Flower Festival highlights this spectacle with the added enjoyment of food trucks, hands-on workshops on weekends, Mizuno sporting events, and more. You can also find a picnic plaza (BBQ area), cycling courses, and other fun to fancy together with friends and family.
Even after the festival period, the blossoms of approximately 300 Yae-variety cherry trees meet their peak beauty.
