An astounding display of 3,000 lanterns

Industrial/cultural park Denpark's Mid-Autumn Light Festival creates a romantic atmosphere with its 3,000 lit bamboo lanterns and the prowess of professional candle artists. Local Japanese taiko drum teams take the stage for wild entertainment as an added bonus to this mystical festival.
Denpark's hours are extended to 9:00 pm during the festival period, letting you enjoy the flickering lights of this romantic atmosphere all the more.

ACCESS

Access by public transport

• From Nagoya Station, take the JR Tokaido Main Line, get off at Anjo Station and take the Ankuru Bus's Junkan Line (循環線 Loop Line) No. 0 (either clockwise or counterclockwise). Get off at Anjo Kosei Byoin (安城更生病院 Anjo Kosei Hospital) and change buses to the Nambu Line (南部線 South Area Line) No. 3, riding it approx. 25 min. until Denpark.
• From Nagoya Station, take the Meitetsu Nagoya Line, get off at Shin Anjo Station and change trains to the Meitetsu Nishio Line. Get off at Sakurai Station and take the Ankuru Bus's Sakurai-Nishi Line (桜井西線) No. 9, riding it approx. 8 min. until Denpark.
Access by car

• Approx. 5 min. from Izumi Interchange on the Route 23 Chiryu Bypass.
• Approx. 45 min. from either Okazaki Interchange or Toyota Interchange on the Tomei Expressway.
