Fresh offal cooked in miso sauce Downtown standing bar

This standing bar, much-loved for over half a century, is located near Meitetsu Horita station. Their doteyaki (beef sinew stewed in miso and mirin) is soft and springy. It is made with offal freshly prepared each morning and cooked in a miso sauce. The sauce recipe has been passed down since the bar was founded. As well as customers dropping in for a drink, many locals stop by for take out.
